“I have chronic neck pain, stiff shoulder and it causes severe headaches when it getting worse. All these problems have started to disturb my sleep and It’s disturbing sometimes during my working time especially if need to do computer work or if I need to prolong working on phone.

I visited Mr Raymond since July. Amazingly, the pain reduced so much right after the treatment session. During the first two sessions, Mr Raymond mainly focus to help me to reduce pain and muscle tension. And later when pain subsided, he started to work on my body mechanical issues, eg. joint stiffness, muscle imbalance and etc. After all, my symptoms slowly subsided and I learnt how to improve my neck condition by simple stretching and exercises.
